First Call / Crisis Call Service
Our First Call / Crisis Call Services are as follows:
- On-line consultation
- Provide consultation service about the critical incident
- Provide assessment and intervention plan for the critical incident
- Develop comprehensive intervention plan and follow up services
- Provide emotional support and grief counseling to people who may be affected by the incident, such as employees, coworkers, managers, witness, and families. Debriefing Service to share their feelings and the experiences with others, the employees realize how the incidents have affected them and thus come up with appropriate solutions.
