    • Assist to plan the EAP Service Policy
    • Communicate with top managements
  2. When Program starts
    • Support EAP service promotion activity
    • 0800 hotline
    • Individual consultation service & work/life consultation
    • Discuss with managers about referring employee to use EAP service
    • Provide management consultation
    • Join the internal meeting and discuss about employee issues
    • Feedback user’s suggestion
  3. Program Evaluation
    • Provide monthly/quarterly report and program quality evaluation
    • Provide suggestions for next step
